Terms and Conditions
GUARANTEE / SERVICE:
Global CNC’s products are guaranteed 100% to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Defective products will be replaced at no charge. However, items that have been misused, abused, accidentally damaged or where alterations have been made will not be guaranteed.
DELIVERY:
All merchandise will be shipped FOB, Global CNC, 15150 Cleat ST Plymouth MI, 48170. We ship via UPS unless otherwise specified. All merchandise will be shipped on the same day as order placement for stock items. All orders will be shipped as complete as possible with non-stock items being backordered.
PRICES:
Prices are guaranteed at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note: Global CNC charges a $2.50 Handling Fee on all Shipments.
SPECIALS:
Specials are priced per quote. All special products are non-returnable and non-cancelable once the order is placed.
TERMS:
All first orders ship credit card prepayment. Approved accounts are Net 30 days. Past due accounts, over 45 days, will be placed on Credit Hold and the order will not ship until the account is up to date. Delinquent accounts will be subject to credit card prepayment terms.
CLAIMS / SHORTAGES / SHORT SHIPMENTS:
Claims, shortages, or short shipments must be reported within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. Packaging must be retained for damaged goods inspection.
RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Returns are only issued for Global CNC store credit and no refunds will be granted.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@globalcnc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and RMA number, then mail your return to the following address

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS:
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
• A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
• Special items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• On-sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• All authorized returns must be packed properly in the original packing material. Any damages will be charged to the customer.
• Credit cannot be issued for returned material if it has been marked, altered, or used
